OvenPro and COVID-19

We must all do our part to prevent the spread of this new Coronavirus. Given the current climate of uncertainty we’d like to reassure our customers that we’re doing everything we can to provide a safe service. OvenPro takes this responsibility very seriously.

We run a strict ‘Safe Operating Procedure’ designed in conjunction with MD Safety Management LTD to keep customers safe. We’ll confirm we’re free of symptoms prior to our appointment. We’ll ask if you are free of symptoms and if it’s alright to enter the premises. Anyone self isolating or shielding cannot be served.

Before entering your home we’ll use hand sanitising gel. Our PPE includes a mask, gloves and eye protection. Antiviral cleansers are used on our equipment and fresh uniform is worn daily.

We will ask to increase ventilation in our work area and our minimum social distancing rule is two meters.

Our mobile device will be running the NHS COVID-19 app for added peace of mind.

While we appreciate there will be concerns regarding appointments, if you wish to move your date please do so with as much notice as possible. See our policy page for further information.
